We spent the first few days of our Vietnam journey in this nice guesthouse. The staff and service were excellent and i have to underline their kindness! We booked a 3 day Sapa tour (one night Hotel, one homestay) and a 3 day Ha Long Bay tour there and we would absolutely recommend both. Of course the Ha Long Bay...

One of the best places we stayed in SE Asia during a 5 week trip. Very well appointed clean and cool rooms, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. They even let us return several nights later just to use the shower before getting a night bus! Great breakfast included.

We stayed in Madam Moon's for 3 nights very recently. We found the room all you would expect for a very reasonable price per night. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much for them. Forever offering coffee, tea or water when we returned from outings, booking tour to Halong Bay at competitive price, I could go on and on....

We loved staying at madam moon. From the pick up at the airport to our departure everything was great. The room was clean and very stylish. The reception was friendly and accommodating in every way. Rooms at Madame Moon's are spacious and clean.They come eqipped with fan, ac, fridge, TV and hair drier. The bathroom is small but still okay size. You can seperate toilet from shower with a shower curtain. Breakfast is buffet style with Western and Vietnamese options and wad really good. Especially, we found Madame moons reception staff to be very helpful....

Madam Moon situated in perhaps one of the quietest street within the busiest area. The room was clean, plenty of space. The staffs there are very friendly, speaks good English and very helpful. Just steps away from the old quarter, the lake and walking distance to the French quarter and the west side of the old quarter. They do laundry...

First time at madam moons what a lovely surprise .great rooms great friendly service and breakfast A Cross the alley was delicious lots of choices . Perfect location to see the old quarter. I emailed Mr Binh and even our flights to Hue were done by emailnog problems

It was a pleasure to stay at Madam Moon. The rooms were clean and the beds were the best we encountered during our 5 weeks of touring Northern Vietnam. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. Natalie at the reception was outstanding. She organized some excursions for us and ensured we had a warm welcome back to the hotel...
