My experience living here doesnt remotely resemble the bad reviews Ive read about this place. When I came I was met with open arms from Perfume and the rest of the family. I payed 300 000VND for a room. The rooms looked OK to me, but the incredible service from Perfume(owner) made up for the average looking rooms. I really...

Do not stay here. I had a $75 shirt stolen from my room. Avoid. The bathroom was falling apart, the proprietor was pretty but two-faced (I speak a little Viet). Never ever waste your money here. A mess. I was also overcharged immensely. I paid $310 for 2 day/one night cruise on Ha Long, Ha Noi city tour and one...

We are a couple and stayed for four nights over a 10-day span. The rooms are basic but fully serviceable. Bed, shower, TV. We don't demand much from our rooms, but we were quite happy with these rooms. The breakfasts were fantastic and made for a great start to the day. We booked a bus to Sapa and a three-day...

When we arrived in Hanoi after 3,5 weeks of Vietnam we were very happy to find the F Hotel by a tip of friends. Miss Perfume was very friendly, offering a cup of coffee immediately and helping out with some questions about the city. The rooms might be a bit simple and shabby, but it's a good deal for a...

If there are any mafia it is the people writing these bad reviews, they are rediculous and just pure lies and should be removed from this site. The F hotel is without doubt the best place we have stayed in Vietnam yet,Perfume and her family are honest, helpful and friendly. We payed $6 a night (per room) after a bit of bargining...

Me and my friend stayed for a couple of nights. They imediately wanted to sell us excursions and other tickets, after we arrived from a long journey at night. We ended up buying a 2 day, one night trip to Halong Bay. On that they ripped us off as we payed 85 USD per person instead of the 55 USD...

We went there because some people recommended. We were hungry and tyred and they were trying to sell their tour trip trying to program our trip, we felt that they were forcing us. The room is big and looks resonable for the price, but the BED SHEETs were STINKING. We asked to replace them and they gave us another dirty...

Although our experience wan\snt as bad as the other terrible review, it was still pretty shabby. We arrived early in the morning and jumped on a motor who said he was taking us to a hotel on the lake. We ended up on the edge of the 'Old Quarter' at F Hotel. The people seemed pretty nice and the room...

These guys are great. If you're after a basic, comfortable room in the old town, its a nice place to stay. The large family that runs the Family hotel are fun people to hang out with. They're also very generous, I don't think I paid for one meal while I stayed there, I was always being invited to eat with...

Like the last one said, we don't understand having problems with the F Hotel.... We have been to Hanoi for the second time now and we really enjoyed the F Hotel! It's situated on a great place, short walk to the Center and to the Market and the price is definately ok when even Breakfast is included -what would be...
