All of the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. They booked taxis, pick-ups and buses for us. Did our laundry while we were away and stored our bags for us.
Stayed 3 nights and were very well looked after by the staff. Always helpful and gave good guidance. Lost our I phone and Mr.Chum went to police station thrice.
Mr.David the manager was always available.

We did the 2d 1n tour on the Paloma junk boat. The boat, food, tour guides and staff were all amazing, it was one of the highlights of Vietnam for me. Halong bay is quite a long drive (3-4) hours from Hanoi, so I would recommend spending at least one night on the boat, a day trip would be too much time on a minibus and not enough in Halong bay.
