Made to feel at home our whole stay, the hotel was exceptionally clean the rooms nicely presented and the beds very comfortable, takes time to get used to traffic noise but that is Hanoi. We read up on hotel and recommendation on trip advisor and...More

We did the 2d 1n tour on the Paloma junk boat. The boat, food, tour guides and staff were all amazing, it was one of the highlights of Vietnam for me. Halong bay is quite a long drive (3-4) hours from Hanoi, so I would recommend spending at least one night on the boat, a day trip would be too much time on a minibus and not enough in Halong bay.
