Service, all ok, perfect !!! thanks guys you are wonderfull !!! Best hotel I had in Vietnam price/quality. Computer in room, good airco; Very good situated in the middle of old town. The trips are cheaper to book with them then to do yourself. Trains, Halong Bay, all we booked here with a perfect service each time.

Was really pleased with Golden Land - clean, roomy, comfortable, reasonably priced, fantastic location. Staff went out of their way to help us organize ground transportation and ensure that we paid fair price to get from A to B. To give you an idea of how accomodating they were our friend left his hat on the boat in Halong Bay...

This is probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in. The room was magnificent, large, with ftatscreen tv, a computer, jaccuzzi. And a balcony opening up to the view of the street, which I think, is a delightful experience, to sit and view the life going on below. There was even a basket of fruit and tea and coffee facilities....

This place was one of our highlights for Vietnam. Landing after a long flight and arriving here was a slice of heaven. The room and hotel was comfortable and clean but the thing that really got me here was the service. I can't remember the last time I had better service anywhere. Period. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The...

We booked five nights at this hotel. We had been charging around Asia for the past 5 weeks and decided to spend a little longer in a place for our first leg of the Vietnam trip. The hotel had a good reputation on tripadvisor and booking.com (our normal service of hotel seeking) . There were other hotels we were ready...
