My experience at Hanoi Imperial Hotel was reasonably pleasant with everyone being kind and welcoming. Things got really messy when I decided to end my trip with my friend by trying massage service. I was licked by a female therapist and she asked me if I wanted to be massaged downunder. When I refused it she started massaging me aggressively...

I was impressed with this hotel. It is conveniently close to everything. The restaurant that serve breakfast (only) is on the too floor. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful. I have a nut allergy and they would inform me which items I should avoid. They provided everything even toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.
