Firstly, you will not worry about the security. The hotel is situated in city centre, near the Hoan Kiem lake. The rooms are basic but clean. We booked a tour with a good price. Tour price is the cheapest in Hanoi.

The room was clean with confortable beds, the wifi is working good, the bathroom had good hot shower and all the staff is very friendly. We booked a tour with them as well for a very good price. The cheap room is a good value for your money. The window is thin so it"s very noisy, day and night (hanoi... More

Rooms are not the best, but are very good for the price (12 USD), and the hotel is situated in city centre, near the lake. But we really loved this hotel because of Tony, the boss, so nice and generous ! One of the more honest guy we met. Our room has been flooded, and he gave us another room... More

Mr. Tony Chang is the friendly manager that does everything in his power to help you. Our baggage was delayed so he called the airport to make sure that it was delivered in time and at the right hotel. The rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast is bread with an omelet. We booked two tours to sapa and halong bay.... More

Room was smelly and walls have been covered with black mold. It was very bad I would say to stay in this room was health hazard. Room had no window, staircase to the room looked like nobody painted that since 14 century and it is used now for growing mold. When we checked in at night, manager said that breakfast... More

This hotel is great for the price. The rooms are clean and the service is second to none. Tony, the owner will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Breakfast is included (fried egg in a fresh baguette). Tony insisted I borrowed his adapter instead of buying one and was very knowledgable about things to... More

We found it hard to find a cheap option in Hanoi ahead of time but once we got into the city and wondered around the old quarter we found the brilliant Queen Palace. Only $12 for a double room, wifi, AC, private bathroom and balcony, very clean and comfortable. Best value we found in the city. In the middle of... More

We changed Hotels and found this one as it advertises cheap rooms for $12 per night for a double. They have hot water, wifi, cable tv and a balcony. The service is excellent and Tony is very knowledgable and helpful. A really great place that you can trust. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of anything you need.... More

Because we were not happy with our old hotel (Blue Sky Hotel), we decided to look for another one when we came back early in the morning from Sapa. We were looking in the middle of old quarter, because then you'll feel as if you're in the heart of Hanoi. When we arrived at Queen Palace Hotel (and had some... More
