Everything you could wish for in a budget hotel. The staff couldn't be anymore helpful if they tried! On arrival a boy helped us carry our bags in to our room which I thought was really nice. The girls on reception were so helpful and really friendly. For the price, you couldn't get much better than this.

The hotel is good enough for the price, but what really makes it worthwhile is the staff. They are really friendly and willing to help with whatever you ask of them. We asked for some information on Hanoi and they drew us a map of things to see and do. Also we were looking for specific shops and we got...

Nice, clean, quiet, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Big also bathrooms always with hot water. Good breakfast variety to choose. Hundreds of small good restaurants and bars around. There is everything 2 passes from your door. Kind, friendly and helpful stuff, very good English speaking.

This hotel was a great price for a budget trip, with the perfect location in old quarter. The ladies in reception are extremely helpful and friendly, they were the best part about this hotel. The rooms are clean and wifi is good, however beds in two different rooms were a bit uncomfortable... But that's a budget hotel for you. Overall,...

My room was on the top floor with a good view. The room was clean and sunny, had a good TV and the bed was very comfortable, The premises overall was immaculate and the staff was courteous and friendly. The young lady at the front desk (Ann) was "wide awake";-)when I got here, and even more so when I left....

Firstly, we got a room that was so moldy and humid that even the walls were completely wet. They were able to move us to another room only on next day. The real problem of this hotel is the staff. Several times they tried to scam us with some weird "fees" that is required, tried to chargé us more than...

We stayed here for 2 nights over NYE and paid $50 per night (I assume prices were jacked for New Years) but it was the worst! The customer service was nice and helpful but the hotel itself is definitely a 1 star. Our door didn't shut properly, we had to push stuff against it and there was mould literally peeling...

This is a lovely little hotel in the old town, which is in an excellent location. The staff are fabulous! Don't expect luxury, but do look forward to some of the most friendly and helpful staff around. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was older, but with a decent shower and toilet. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was...
