Breakfast included - some nice options, the rooms were fine, AC worked well which was helpful as my fiancée was quite ill for most of the stay. They also offer tours and onward travel. Prices are ok for backpackers.

Very cheap hotel. Good for backpackers, but not a place to meet people. It's not very atmospheric, but rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! We arrived at 6 am and they offered us to take a shower and to sleep in another room until our room was ready. Finally, it turned out that we...

We stayed here in a 'family' room with our 2 year old and found it a nice cheap option. Room was clean and comfortable. Good air con and walking distance to the lake and restaurants. Didn't try the breakfast but it was offered. Only thing is the stairs but pretty sure there is a similar issue everywhere you stay in...

The hotel itself is lovely but when I came back to my room after being out all day the floor was flooded - the water tank above the bathroom had leaked. The staff were very apologetic and cleaned it up straight away, but it contained to drip all night. I'm sure this was a one off freak problem, and they...

I stayed here with my wife and 6 year old daughter for 3 nights while in Hanoi. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed on one of the upper floors, and they happily carried our bags upstairs for us (there is no elevator). I think the location is perfect. It's about a 15 minute walk to the...

We stayed 5 nights in there, in general we had a good experience in the hotel. It is simple but clean and comfortable. The staff Tina in reception was really helpful with directions and advices, also she sold us the day tour to go to Ha Long Bay. From the hotel you can easy move by walk to many places,...

Location is not too bad, a 15 mins walk to the Lake and also to the Opera House. Staff are friendly, informative and helpful. Helped me book a trip to Sapa. Have to note, the hotel has no lift, so if you're staying on the top floors, goodluck to you. I wanted breakfast after the breakfast period was over, and...

Stayed four nights in room 402. Quiet. Spacious. Clean. Heat pump to keep you warm at night and spare blankets. Breakfast is basic-baguette plus jam or eggs. A 10 min walk from backpacker area. Unfortunately had to leave as rooms all booked out when tried to extend our stay, and have found for this price (17us $)elsewhere you get an...
