We were booked in here both before and after Sapa night train...rooms clean and tidy ..very much in the middle of town...staff very helpful and friendly both times were short but good..24 hour video surveillance ..we were told as they leave your bags in the main foyer on a short stay...but all was fine

The hotel in general is very rundown. I stayed in a single windowless room for one night and it was the worse accommodation I've had during my month in Vietnam. Although all amenities and facilities are clean (shower, toilet etc) the walls and ceiling are falling apart, lots of mold and plenty of flying friends...that's right, in a windowless room!...

We were left her for a few hours early morning by our tour operator for a shower and breakfast before being picked up for next tour. In the reception there was a plaque 'Trip Advisor winner 2013' if this was genuine I don't think room 902 has been maintained or cleaned since then. Filthy carpet, bedside table top covered in what...

For the value, the hotel is a good investment. Good -staff service is awesome. Friendly smiles and attentive to all requests -breakfast is fantastic. Over 8 options to choose from -located nearby many things to do -wifi strong Opportunities -rooms are outdated with decor. Carpet is also old -restroom lighting is poor (room 902)

This hotel looks like a brothel, suspicious looking people lurking in the lobby. Workers when they are done with their shift sit in the lobby and talk loudly till their rides show up. Was on the 5th floor, could hear workers talking in the stairwell and it couldn't make me sleep. Receptionist was unorganized and misrepresented prices and accommodation. He...

This hotel was amazing! They held my luggage while I went on Halong bay cruise. They were always friendly. And the location was so close to every great tourist area of the city! The breakfast that was included in my rate was quite nice :) I would love to stay here again.

Absolutely recommend Twins Hotel in Hanoi. We stayed on two separate occasions and loved it both times. The second time we arrived at 5am from the train from Sapa - and they allowed us to check in to our room at 5am! They are amazing! This allowed us to get some sleep, and then start our day properly - excellent...

Simple, clean hotel outside of the tourist trap that is the Old Quarter. Stayed on two different occasions while in Vietnam. Staff is very friendly and rooms are cute and modern. Be sure to get one with a street view.

I got to try two rooms in this hotel. It was a good thing because it gave me a chance to see the diferent qualities of rooms. Since I was in between tours, I đid not stay a whole night in any one of them. The first room was so very small that I could hardly turn in there. The...

I stayed at the Twins Hotel for a week while looking for an apartment in Hanoi, but would have gladly stayed here the whole three months. Great prices (discount for long-term stays), excellent super-clean and well furnished rooms, great breakfast and laundry service. Cannot recommend it enough!
