This hotel is within walking distance to Hanoi's Old quarter...it should take about 10 min to get there and about 15 min to Hoan Kiem lake. Rooms are small and has no window as most of them in Hanoi's Old quarter would be. On the other hand, the bathroom is relatively roomy with standing shower stall. The hotel staffs are...

I actually planned to stay at Hanoi Sky Hotel, but a previous customer at my appointed room wanted to stay another night due to a good service of the hotel. An owner of the hotel showed a big sympathy and apology, then introduced his younger brother's running hotel, Hanoi Twins Hotel. I was so impressed because two owners felt a...

As someone mentioned previously, it is the staff that makes this hotel so special. I cannot say enough about how wonderful, courteous and kind they were. They helped in everyway. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and the hotel was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. the only downside was the restaurant, it was...

Michael the General Manager was just fabulous in helping us with our stay and onward journey. The young man on the desk, ever cheerful, provided great restaurant suggestions. Our stay was very well priced and a great location, the mid point between attractions, the station and on the old quarters cusp. We had a small issue and it is the...

We stayed in a deluxe double which seemed like an absolute bargain at approx £40 per night/per room. Our room was a decent size, tastefully decorated and very clean. The air con worked well and the beds were comfortable. The staff are what makes this hotel so special. They organised our taxi and speak to the taxi driver and ensure...

This hotel has a great location. It's walking distance to the army museum, and fine arts museum, and uncle ho`s mausoleum. There's also a cool cafe next door. Plus, they offer free breakfast, which is pretty tasty and fast. This is really convenient and saves a couple bucks. The room was a bit small and windowless, but who cares. I'm...

I recently spent a full, enjoyable month at the Hanoi Twins Hotel. It is a small, boutique style hotel located very convienently at the top of Hang Bong road, just minutes from Silk Street, great restaurants, and other parts of the Old City. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are on the small side, but very well equipped...
