After a long flight one could not have been greeted more warmly by Vanh Vu. We had the balcony suite on 5th floor and good secure wifi. Ruby and Trainee wanted us to be well fed and we were! They were kind and thoughtful and it was a bit like being in a family run establishment. They were interested in...

Many thanks to Ruby, Vanh Vu and Trainee who were very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange local transport for us, and the welcoming drink when we arrived was a nice touch. The room was neat, clean and cosy. Breakfast was always freshly cooked, and to your liking. We'll stay again when next we visit!

We were recommended to this hotel from a friend because of location and experience. We agree! Great location in Old Quarter. Terrific staff! Kevin helped us with airfares, recommendations and orientation in the Old Quarters, which is very busy and confusing to navigate. Breakfast was included and made to order. The room was perfect - icy cold air conditioning, comfy...

I had a cough and the receptionist noticed and brought me tea with honey and lemon. I felt so well looked after which is lovely when travelling on your own. They also upgraded me to a room with two enormous beds.

Found it in lonely planet guide and can confirm its excellent . Very sweet staff who can't do enough to help. Room was small but fine for our short stay. Good breakfast and ideal location for Hanoi's old quarter. Very minor comments for management : shower did not stay on wall and towels not 100% clean but as I say...

Nice and Central location, staff did everthing the could to make the guests satisfied. Great selection on the ala carte for breakfast. Service is 5 star, rooms more like 2. But charming anyway. A little noisy air condition on room 404 and beds a little bit hard. But great value for money either way.

We stayed here for two nights and we're delighted with the room, the cleanliness and the breakfast. We had a de luxe room with a balcony which cost a little more bit was well worth it for the view of the city and the luxury of sitting outside. The staff are really helpful, welcoming and accommodating. We would highly recommend...

This hotel for us was perfect: great location, relatively cheap price, spacious rooms with wardrobes, comfy beds, everything squeaky clean, quiet enough to sleep well, fantastic breakfast with lots of fruit, etc... But the best in this hotel was the staff - they help you with everything: travel info and bookings, trying to find you a doctor that is willing...
