The tour agent/reception was extremely helpful with finding things for us to do. They know about ha long bay and tam coc and saved us a lot of money and time not traveling by ourselfs. Our first night, we were transferred to a dif hotel since they didn't have a 2 bed. The hotel wore the cost of transferring us... More

We arrived late (11.30pm) only to find our prepaid room for two nights had been given away to someone else (this was after emailing to inform them of our late arrival). We were 'upgraded' to their sister hotel, which was nice, but the staff didn't really seem very informed or welcoming as we were told we would have to move... More

My partner and I stayed here at the start of Feb. The room we stayed in was spacious and was relatively quiet, this was probably due to the fact we had no windows. The room did smell damp, and at 2 separate occasions we heard scurrying above us - we are still unaware what that was. My main annoyance was... More

Each time I travel to Hanoi, there is only one place I stay at: The Time hotel at Dao Duy Tu Street, literally a stone throw from the historic Ô Quan Chưởng gate of Old Hanoi. Where else can I sit for a full array of traditional breakfast fares, just steps from the hotel's front door? When evenings come, the... More

Nice and clean hotel with awesome location. Very friendly a staff. The manager Anna helped us a lot and arranged a trip to Halong Bay and Sapa for us for a very nice price - and the trips were very nice as well. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this Hotel when visiting Hanoi.

it's going to be long. 1) The pre-arranged airport pickup from the hotel tried to charge us 35 USD instead of 15 USD. 2) 400 USD were missing from our security belts, left hidden in the backpacks with the room locked. Hotel staff checked the security cameras and saw nothing except cleaning person, who said anything about the money. Another... More

Dear Mariano Thank you very much for your kind feedback, it's also really useful for us to improve our service better. However, i would like to explain there are something wrong there. First, for taxi pick up airport, we offer you 15$, our driver also knows that. He never asks you 35$ there. Maybe you misunderstand him as he speak... More

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing comfortable stay at the time Hotel. We couldn't have asked for a better location or such helpful, friendly, hardworking staff. Showers were great and the internet and bed were really good. We look forward to staying again with them before we fly home. Mrs. Anna and the rest of the staff made us... More

They booked us, also sent a pick up but never told us that they don't have a room! We discovered upon reaching Hanoi in the night. The reason for booking in advance was because we were arriving late in night and didn't have time to scout for hotels. Moreover they didn't even reveal this when we reached the hotel and... More

The location is excellent, room was generally clean and staff helped when asked. A basic breakfast is provided free. Daily room cleans were included but rather random, once waking us up in the early morning and at other times missing things like shower gel, while a member of staff also walked in with muddy shoes and even stepped on the...
