Centrally located small hotel with nicely appointed rooms with a Vietnamese flavour, making it more interesting than the usual hotel rooms. My only gripe to the management would be to offer more drinking water, as 2 small bottles isn't enough for 1 person, let alone 2...don't be stingy!

We were sad to leave our friends after our 5 night stay at La Belle Vie Hotel. The location is excellent, situated just about 8-10 minute walk to the Old Quarter, and not too distant from West Lake. I liked the street that it was on. It sits next door to Cha Ca La Vong, a somewhat famous restaurant that...

Receptionist wears traditional white dress, all are very helpful. Restaurant on 2nd floor, very good breakfast, very varied selection. We also ate there 2 evenings and were not disappointed with our choices. The rooms are clean and well presented. The only odd thing for us in our bedroom was the glass window into the bathroom from the bedroom, but at...

We stayed as a tour group of 31 people in April this year. What an amazing hotel and room we had. King bed with luxurious bed linen, huge bathroom with glass petition which had a blind to pull down for privacy. Terrific Wi-Fi and very central to shops, park, restaurants. Tuk tuk always available and staff were very helpful and...

Very nice place with good rooms. Very close to old Hanoi. The breakfast is good and the price is very reasonnable for that kind of hotel. The old Hanoi and the west lake can easily be reached by walking.

Very nice hotel, convenient location for the city centre and the West Lake. Very friendly staff who spoke good English. Superb breakfast, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, Western. I loved the noodle soup and the omelette. The rooms were spacious and clean.

This hotel is quite conveniently located between the areas of Westlake and Hoan Kiem (a.k.a. the old quarter or downtown Hanoi). I arrived at approximately 8pm and was greeted by a the doorman and shown to the reception counter which is down the hall from the front door. The check-in process was so quick and easy that there was barely...

Gorgeous hotel - an oasis in the crazy bustle of Hanoi. Super breakfast room (very relaxing) with a choice of foods including Chinese, Korean, Western and traditional Vietnamese. Delightful friendly staff who speak excellent English. Would definitely return here!

The hotel is very good, like a small island of beauty in the center of Hanoi. Rooms are comfortable, brft has a variety of nicely prepared dishes. Totally recommend! Special "Thank you" I want to say one more time to f&b manager Vivian! She is nice, smiley and pretty woman, who knows what a good service means. Appreciate a lot...
