To be honest, I must say that with that price, you totally can find a better hotel in the old quarter area ! Get in the room, I was shocked when I looked at the toilet ! Super dirty and dark (the light is very weak). In the morning, when I go down and ask for the hair dryer, they... More

I booked flight to da nang from Hanoi and also booked hostel. Very helpful and gave me plenty options. They were not pushy trying to make the sale like others. The lady behind the counter was lyli. She was very pleasant.

At first we couldn't find the hotel then realised that the entrance was through a travel shop. The staff were friendly and tried their best. The room was one of the biggest we had but the shower and toilet were very dated and there was no hot water. The receptionist and several colleagues tried to fix the issue at 10pm.... More

The hotel is located in a very central zone of Hanoi, with really affordable price and nice rooms close to The citiy's best bars and going out places. We had a very pleasant stay here, where Lilly also helped me a lot, especially when I had to buy my motorcycle to travel to Ho Chi Minh City. I thank a... More

After having stayed at another hotel in the same area night before, which was really good, we checked online for a different hotel (due to the first one was already booked out) and found this one to be very good rated. When we arrived we were welcomed friendly by the staff and showed to our room which was really large... More

We booked after seeing the pictures here, but those must have been taken a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away. When we arrived, staff was non-communicating and non-welcoming, and the room had a horrendous smell (ammoniac) and no hot water. Asking for hot water, they apparently could speak English, but only to tell us a lie that... More

It's a bit hard to look for the hotel if you don't know the address. I took the 17 bus from the airport and transferred to bus 36 at the last stop. This bus will take you inside Long Kiem. I wasn't able to see the Han Manh sign so I got off when I saw the Hoan Kiem Lake... More

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel in Hanoi. We experienced good service, a nice and helpful staff and a large, clean room with balcony (and aircon!). The location is good and the price is fair :)

No complaints here. Clean, good price and good people. Location gives access to everything you could want. After some investigation and a bit of negotiation, they gave us the best price around for our transport to the airport. And it came early! A first for us in Vietnam.
