Hello i spend 1 month in this hotel during my business travel in Hanoi. The staff are really kind. Breakfast is good. You can enjoy the rooftoop bar with a beautiful view on the lake. Great hotel, excellent location on the door step of the iconic Hoàn Kiếm Lake. Received exceptional service from Ms. Anh Pham and her colleagues. My check in was swift and enjoyed a delicious cup tea in the foyer during check in. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed drinks on the sky bar, even though the skies were a little grey. My overall experience was very good and am looking forward to my next stay - will definitely try the Spa next time!

I spent 2 nights in this hotel on my business trip from Saigon and had a nice time. The hotel is new but the staff is not; they are very professional yet super friendly. Near the Hoan Kiem lake and you even have a panoramic view of the lake from its Sky bar. I will come back on my next trip and recommend it to all.

The hotel itself is amazing but the best part is the lovely staff. They blew us away. It really is the best service we have ever had. Anna and Eric are so lovely and helpful. Diep makes great cocktails and we had a great conversation with him in the skybar. Thank you to all of the staff there. Ps the food is also great. Very delicious breakfast with lots of choice.
