Arrived in Hanoi with only 1 night booked here for my 2 weeks in Vietnam. The staff welcomed me like I was family. They helped organise everything from trips to Nin Binh, Mai Chau, Sapa, and Cat ba - all at the best rates I could find even shopping around. They let us leave our big bags there when we...

I spent 13 nights staying at this hostel and I absolutely loved it. The staff- especially Snow - are SO nice. The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean. Good WiFi and comfortable beds. The location is excellent, right in the old quarter. I'm definitely staying here again when I come back to Hanoi.

Decent option just away from the main streets of Hanoi. I really liked the location as it was away from all the busy tourist streets of Hanoi. Dorms were very small but clean. I found it a bit difficult to sleep as there was 8 to a room and it was very small. Breakfast served on the roof - standard...

This is my second stay in this hostel after traveling around the north Vietnam and back to Hanoi. I have to drop by to sing praises for this hostel again, for the wonderful and efficient services provided for my bus trip to Sapa and motorcycle rental service. The prices are indeed very good and they do not overcharge. The staff...

The rooms were small but clean. Breakfast was ok. Good location. The main criticisms that I have about this place is that some of the staff did not give me accurate information. For example, I was told the first airport bus was at 7am which was completely incorrect. I got on the 6am bus. Like most hostels in Vietnam they...

Dear Eileen, Thank you for the review. For your review, we would like to clarify your doubts and the accuracy of our information. For the first airport bus, . how it works is that it is usually parked there earlier, but it won't go until it is packed with passengers. By the time it is packed and ready to depart...

I stayed 1 night only before going for the tour package which the hostel arranged for my group. The hostel itself is clean and comfortable, with nice breakfast and friendly staff. I did my research around and after comparison, I found out they offer reasonable prices for the tours, so I decided to arrange my trip to northern Vietnam with...

Well placed hostel on the edge of the Old Quarter. Dorms (female six bed dorm) were okay, matresses good. Could have been cleaned more often, but still allright. Really nice rooftop, where breakfast is being served in the morning. At seven am there starts loud music every morning, no idea where it comes from or why... But well, took it...
