Best friendly service. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Sourdough baguette for breakfast, a change of taste to the ubiquitous banh (baguette). You know there is something extra in this hotel, if you're keen.

Superb central location for shops and restaurants, staff are wanting to help with anything and breakfasts were quite good too! They helped with laundry, taxi services and also offered travel day trips (when comparing prices of the day trip to Halong Bay, it was $15 - $20 more expensive at the hotel so take a look around, they can all...

Super location and wonderfully helpful staff. Clean rooms and showers. Just be aware that even the 'superior' rooms do not have windows in the rooms but you get what you pay for. Good free wifi and a reasonable breakfast. Would recommend for independent travellers.

We booked this hotel based on price and location. We then learned that they could help with tours. We got a very good deal on a 3-day/2-night Ha Long Bay cruise followed by a trip to Sapa with overnight train each way; a nice hotel for one night; and two days of guided hikes. Between the two tours, the hotel...

The pic illustrating the room might be somewhat misleading when you first step foot into the hotel. Based on our experience, it seems that the rooms ending in 05 (we had room 405) gives you a view of a brick wall when you pull open the shades. The wall actually had a picture hanging on it depicting a scenic view!...

The hotel is located close to the Food street. This street is closed for motors during week end and it is a great place to walk and have dinner. Rooms are ok, cleaned. Breakfast is good and staff helpful. The hotel is quiet and noise of the street does not reach our room (we were at the last floor). Good...

Bad location, not so great rooms. Looks so much better online its crazy. Disappointing. Can find better for same cost, even less. Strong sewer smell lingered in the halls. No windows in rooms. Aircon was rubbish. Walls are paper thin so you will hear other people and they'll hear you.

We stayed here for 5 nights before heading off trekking for a week. We liked it so much the first time we returned for another five nights. The rooms are spacious, quiet and well furnished with spacious showers with lots of hot water and great pressure. We had a problem with the water in our first room but we're switched...

Though we enjoyed parts of our stay at this establishment, it was not without it's flaws. A positive note to start with is that the location is very central and convenient. The service can be inconsistent though most of the staff were helpful and spoke English well. The rooms are fairly spacious however, the bathrooms required improvement. The shower drain...

A very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent location make this hotel a good choice. The room was clean but the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable unless you are used to sleeping on the floor. The room safe was not attached to anything and it's small size and light weight would make it an excellent way for a...
