Really nice hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is good value and there was nothing to complaint about. The rooms had everything we needed and was good. Location is good, just 5-8 min from Hoan Kiem Lake. Very close to Bun Bo Nam Bo - where they serve great food for almost free.

We stayed for three weeks at this hotel in April 2013. We really enjoyed our time there. The hotel has a great location just a couple of minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake. There are a couple of cafes and dining options nearby and a little convenience store where you can buy basic things right in front of the hotel. We...

This hotel was just what we needed for 3 days. In the Old Quarter so you are really seeing true Vietnam life. Very sweet and helpful concierge staff. Decent breakfast. Free wifi. Good rooms. 2 free bottles of water each day. The sister hotel up the street, The Rising Dragon Palace, has an amazing spa and wonderful rooftop restaurant with...

This hotel is excellent for anyone thinking of coming to Hanoi. It is located right in the old quarter, very close to everything. The breakfast was excellent, I recommend the French Toast. Recent trip to North Vietnam included repeat visits to this excellent hotel. I used it as a base having pre-booked for first four nights before I arrived in Hanoi. Subsequently, I just turned up and they always had a room. The staff were all supremely obliging, friendly and very professional. Breakfast included was a variety of styles from American, English,...

Excellent room for the price paid with complete facilities including free Wi-Fi and cable TV, only the bed is a little bit hard. Flawless and attentive staff service from the beginning until checking out with good English speaking ability, lots of choices for breakfast, and easy access to any destinations around Hanoi Old Quarter. In short, I was really impressed...

I was traveling alone and the staff couldn't do enough for me. Very good location in Old Quarter, nice quiet room, would go back there again on my next visit, and will recommend to friends. Very economical prices, and value for money.

We stayed here for 4 nights in total, decided to return after our Halong Bay tour. We really enjoyed our stay, good location, nice breakfast included and friendly staff. A couple of things that could have been improved were the air con (either freezing cold or very warm), the staff (though very friendly) never remembered out names or room number...

I've never before been made to feel as welcome and important as a guest as I have at the Rising Dragon Estate. The staff are friendly and nothing seems too much for them to do. I have stayed there two times now and would definitely go there again on my next visit to Hanoi, The location is good, about 10...

When we arrived after a long trip the manager told us there was no free room and brought us to Rising Dragon Hotel in Hang Ba street for one night to pick us up next morning. This room was very small without a window. We lacked energy to make an issue of it. Our room for the next 3 nights...
