Simple, but as nice and beautiful as the girls who welcome you and help you for your visit ! Good position in the city center. I really recommend it, and the price is attractive. We will come back with pleasure :) Julien and Romain

The Rising Dragon is a well located hotel, within walking distance to the city hub. This hotel and it’s services is however very basic, from breakfast to rooms. I would rate the hotel between 2-3 stars. Very friendly staff and hotel manager, Mr Lee.

We stayed for 4 nights here and can honestly say it was an absolutely pleasure. Friendly staff, food, rooms, location. We loved staying in the Old quarter, definitely a more “real” part of Hanoi. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
