Great location in the center of Hanoi. Very helpfull staff. Mr. Winter helped us with booking of Halong Bay trip, taxis and printing of boarding passes. He also helped us with recommendations of restaurants. All at Good prices.

We stayed in the Royal Palace @ 18a Quan Street if that's the one as the sister hotel is very close by. As the reviewer said above, we had the 8th floor (top ) room and the lift only goes to the 7th so you have to walk up... More
We stayed in the Royal Palace @ 18a Quan Street if that's the one as the sister hotel is very close by. As the reviewer said above, we had the 8th floor (top ) room and the lift only goes to the 7th so you have to walk up. There is a double and a single bed, your own desktop pc with your own router. The balcony is a good size with a table & 4 chairs (and the aircon units for the other rooms) but it was great to sit out after a days walking. The bathroom we had , had a Jacuzzi bath, with a shower attachment. It was not modern but it was clean and functioned. ( I think, but cannot confirm, there is another balcony room below as from the outside you can see two)
