I stayed this hotel for 3 night in October. Booked city view with big window. Room was ok bit noisy in the morning and quite small window and not much of view but staff made all worthy this hotel. Especially, receptionist Tong(day time) and Hoang (night time) were most friendly staff I ever met. They remember your name and and...

We booked rooms with balconies from Millennium hotel, but the hotel and rooms were totally disappoinment concerning what we read about from their website and reviews. Do not believe those as Mr. Ben is writing them shamelessly by himself to get customers to his hostel. As we wanted to change our hotel asap, we took contact to our second option...

.I strongly recommend Royal Palace Hotel Hanoi because of its golden quality. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. They were willing to answer me questions about Hanoi. After daylong walking, I was pleased to see my clean and neat room in which I could enjoy night time and be ready for a new day.

We arrived at the hotel and the staff were waiting with a smile. One thing you need to adjust to in Hanoi and Vietnam in general is the order things are done. You arrive, you sit, have a coffee or water and wait for the process of checking you in to commence. The Manager Sui was excellent and wasn't too...

This hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of the old quarter...it seems rather tightly squeezed in a small street but most of the hotels in this area share the same difficulty. That said you can walk to the heart of the city in five minutes and you wont need to take a taxi to get there. Our rooms were...

The hotel had double booked our room and given us a double when we had asked for a twin, even though the rooms had been booked 3 months in advance. They wanted us to move rooms mid stay to accommodate their mix up. The hotel was dark and grubby, poorly maintained with poor health and safety standards. There was no...

We stayed at the Royal Palace Hotel for a total of nine nights. We had three different rooms during hour stays (we left the hotel for tours). All rooms where clean, everyting worked and the cleaning staff was very friendly and precize. The only improvement they could make is the windows. The sound isolation was bad, thus staying in a...
