Well located hotel, close to old quartier.receptionist guys are kind and always helpfull.
They allow us to book not consequently days and they take care of our lagguage even if we weren't in Hanoi!

The breakfast is great, you can choose from the menu. It is located near the city centre. The room is clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They pick us at the airport too.

We stayed in the Royal Palace @ 18a Quan Street if that's the one as the sister hotel is very close by. As the reviewer said above, we had the 8th floor (top ) room and the lift only goes to the 7th so you have to walk up... More
We stayed in the Royal Palace @ 18a Quan Street if that's the one as the sister hotel is very close by. As the reviewer said above, we had the 8th floor (top ) room and the lift only goes to the 7th so you have to walk up. There is a double and a single bed, your own desktop pc with your own router. The balcony is a good size with a table & 4 chairs (and the aircon units for the other rooms) but it was great to sit out after a days walking. The bathroom we had , had a Jacuzzi bath, with a shower attachment. It was not modern but it was clean and functioned. ( I think, but cannot confirm, there is another balcony room below as from the outside you can see two)
