We used Hanoi Boutique Hotel as base to return to after outings to other areas in Vietnam. They kept our luggage, gave advice on everything we needed and were always friendly and welcoming. I love the old- Hanoi decor!

We stayed at the hotel a week or so ago, it's located in the middle of the old town in Hanoi. Due to this it's great as you can walk everywhere and visit all the local sites, eateries, etc. The staff could not be more helpful, the rooms and clean, and the breakfast had a great selection. For the first...

This was our first hotel in Vietnam as part of our tour through Vietnam & Cambodia & I was pleasantly surprised at the quality & standard of this 3 star hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful, particularly when I "misplaced" our room key & they were able to locate it in the foyer after lots of searching. We...

Room was extremely small. The first room we got A/c was broken, But we were immediately moved to a better room. The Open shower in the middle of the room is a bit odd, but we didn't mind it so much. The restaurant had excellent food The location is brilliant as it is located walking distance to the night market...

Clean and functional room, very welcoming and helpful reception. State of hotel as can be expected from the price tag, service far beyond (see below). We will happily return once in Hanoi in the future. We booked the airport transfer and were kindly welcomed by Johnny at arrival. He went through the details of our stay with reservations for Halong...

Hubby had to seek medical help whilst we were there and the reception staff were really helpful in getting us a taxi and directing us to a local hospital where there were english-speaking doctors. All staff we met were pleasant, nice bar and restaurant there too with...

It's tragic! The hotel was the best we had so far at our Asia trip. But there is some kind of soccerbar/ club next to it playing technomusic from 9.30am until after midnight. The club is at the 3rd and 4th floor. Our room was at the 4th floor as well. The music was so loud it felt like it...

The staff in reception and the porters are pleasant to dealt with. Since I have a Vietnamese surname with Chinese heritage, grew up in Australia, I don't speak or understand the Vietnamese language. I speak mostly English and a small amount of Chinese. I was a little concerned about this however there were no issues with language difficulties and staff...
