B&B Hanoi Hostel was one of the best accommodations I've ever been to. Situated in the heart of Hanoi, near hoan kiem lake and the old town. We had not much time for our trip, so we were lucky we could plan our tours to Halong Bay and Mai Chau directly in the hostel. The personnel was always friendly and...

Hanoi is a crazy city, with poor and rich all clustered together and frenetic traffic, with constantly hooting vehicles and scooters zipping around everywhere. This hotel is in the midst of it; however, up in our room on the top floor all was peaceful. The staff were very helpful and interested in chatting and they welcomed suggestions about any improvements...

Affordable place right in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter. Clean and spacious rooms with all the essential amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, I was not happy by the two mistakes they made. Firstly, the Sapa tour I booked with them went wrong and nobody picked me up at Lai Cai train station. I had to pay...

Organise a tour from the front desk or step outside the door and find yourself in the hussle and bussle of Hanoi. Highly recommend this hostel and will be...

Tom helped me out so much today, answering any and all questions I had. Even though I did not stay the night there, I was given free coffee, wi fi, and restroom usage while waiting for friends. All of my questions about Ha Long Bay were answered as well. Seems like a great place to stay.

I spent some days in this hostel and I my experience there was perfect. The hostel is very good, and the staff working there is so nice... I booked many tours there and they found very good hostels all around Vietnam for me. My opinion about the hostel in itself and the staff is excellent.
