I have travel to over 35 counties and never encountered and better, friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. The management should consult with other hotels to explain how guest should be treated and what guest expect.

This little hotel is a true gem in Hanoi's busy old town. Rooms are excellent and Mr. Thang and his staff will go out of their way to help you make the most of your time in Hanoi. The hotel also sell tours out of Hanoi, but they will not push you to buy. I chose another agent for my...

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Vietnam (were there for 2 weeks). We arrived at around 5.30am from the train from Sapa. We had booked our room for the previous night (a mistake on my behalf) but that meant our room was ready! The staff were so friendly and helpful at this time of the...

5 star rating all the way. The team at Elite could not have done more for us, nothing was too much trouble. Perfect location in the middle of the old town, great value and a perfect start to our holiday. The only thing to be conscious of when booking us that this us a very small hotel do no real...

Of the five (wonderful) places we stayed in Vietnam recently, the Hanoi Elite Hotel was the best. The service is amazing, the rooms extremely clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious. For all this, the room rates are (almost) unbelievable. We cannot wait to go back to Hanoi and stay at the Hanoi Elite Hotel again. We have been raving...

We stayed here for 4 nights and it definitely did not disappoint. The facilities and staff are excellent. The room is very clean, staff were always very helpful and the hotel is conveniently located. Upon arrival, we were greeted with tea and help on how to get around the old quarter. Will definitely come back!

This is a wonderful place and having spent the bulk of my career traveling and living in hotels (the longest stint 12 months in the KL Hilton) this place is the friendliest place I have stayed at. Everything you read is true, nothing is too much trouble and the staff are unbelievable. If there is a couple of thing we...

My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at the hotel. The staff were quick to offer us assistance by advicing us the best places to go and eat around Hanoi and the surrounding areas of the hotel. The rooms were small but clean and adequately equipped for our stay. The breakfast menu is good and we have our...

We stayed at the Hanoi Elite at the start of a 2 week trip from Hanoi to HCMC. It is a lovely, clean hotel in a great area. Just around the corner you can perch on a tiny blue stool, sipping Bia Hoi and watch the world go by. We were disappointed to discover this is not a common pursuit...
