This hotel is a great value hotel in Hanoi. Centrally located in the old quarter with a few minutes walk to the lake. The rooms are spacy, clean and quiet. Hot water, WiFi, Aircon, Fans are all there. Breakfast is ok: egg, toasts, marmelade and tea -- definitely good quality but who cares! Just go out and have a Pho...

I stayed at the Rose Hotel in Hanoi recently and the facilites were clean and tidy. The location was great and in close walking distance to the lake and local restuarants and shopping in Old Hanoi. The thing that made the stay enjoyable was the staff and how helpful and friendly they were. They were more than willing to help...

It was really nice and clean! The location couldn't be better. The breakfast is also really nice and the owner and his staff are really friendly. Has an elevator to the top floors which is really rare in Hanoi. We highly recommended you to stay with them

If you are looking for a really friendly and nice hotel to go to this is the one. Nice air conditioned rooms, television, hot shower, breakfast in the morning with an amazing Ice Coffee. If your looking for a good tour I recommend this place, cheap tours of Hanoi Bay and other sacred places around Hanoi with excellent service on...

I've chosen to keep this review short and simple which aptly personifies the facets of this hotel. The room is clean, spacious, well decorated and kept cool through the use of air conditioning and a fan. The staff are extremely pleasant and speak good English, particularly Khanh. They are well equipped in helping you to plan your itinerary during your...

The English-speaking staff were very helpful in making recommendations and reservations (for private car to Haiphong). The room was above standard for the area. My advance-purchase room for a "Deluxe" room didn't work out upon very late (midnight) arrival. The night clerk could not speak English! But, what the heck ... after a very long flight anything clean and quiet...

The room is clean, but don't look for any ambience for that price. When I first got into the elevator, there were dirty dishes left in the elevator. When I returned from lunch, and entered the elevator, there were dirty linens left in the elevator. Unsightly. When I was having breakfast this morning, the staff was sweeping the floor next...

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, telling me all the sights to see in Hanoi and booking tours/transportation. The room was very good as well, very clean and comfy bed. The breakfast was simple but nice. I paid 20US a night which is a fantastic price for this great...

This hotel is located between the Hoan Kiem Lake and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. The forniture and the atmosphere are dated but for a little price you can find big and clean rooms with bathrooms provided with hot water, soap and towels. Breakfast is not various but it is very plentiful

I paid $22 for a night here and found out later, there are cleaner and better hotels for the same price. My friend booked this hotel for me so I trusted her, but I wish I looked for my own hotel. When I returned from my trip in Halong Bay, I decided, I cannot stay a 3rd night here, I...
