Not very impressed with this place. While the location is excellent, the price is far too high for what you get (we have stayed at many other hotels in Hanoi and we got better value for money even in budget hostels). Before arriving in Hanoi, we found a price online (hotels.com) but because we didn't have a credit card we...

She had stayed here a few months ago herself. Since the price was great and the rooms looked nice online I decided...

We booked our accommodation through a booking webpage mid 2016 thinking that what we booked would be available but on arrival we were told the rooms weren’t available for the first night and they would place us in other rooms and then move us....
