We have had 7 wonderful days at this hotel. Super service from all staff.
The food was all in top , huge selection , changing dishes and the possibility of individual wishes . The cleaning standard is also cannon, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned up/cleaned daily. The area, the hotel is located in, is charming chaotic 😛

We stayed at the Tirant Hotel for three nights in August, and it was an incredibly delightful discovery.
The location is perfect if you want to fully experience Hanoi, with its lively, colorful atmosphere and countless things to discover.
The Rooms are comfortable and very clean, the bathroom well-equipped and spacious.
Breakfast is huge, offering a wide variety of options and the hotel's rooftop terrace is a prime spot to admire the entire city from above.
We also tried the laundry service, which was very efficient and helpful, and we also treated ourselves with a massage at the hotel spa, extremely relaxing and enjoyable.
Both services (laundry and massage) are available for an additional fee, but the prices are very reasonable and well worth the cost.
In the end, I want to thank the hotel staff for being very attentive and responsive to our needs.
The only downside was having to leave this wonderful hotel to continue our journey exploring Vietnam.
Cảm ơn khách sạn Tirant.

Wonderful hotel that hosted us for 3 total nights (we left for Ha Long Tour on one night). Location is right smack in the middle of the Old Quarter giving you access to all the wonderful night life, foods, action, and charm of this beautiful city. The hotel staff was the best part of our stay. Mr. Don Pham was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure everything was in order for our room, gave great suggestions for restaurants, and even arranged packed breakfasts for us when he found out our departure for the airport was at 5am in the morning. What a great man! Also special thanks for Chester at the breakfast restaurant for taking many photos for us. He's funny and shared some funny anecdotes with us, in perfect English. There were also many more helpful folks throughout the staff (one gentleman even brought breakfast down to our room once he heard my wife was under the weather). Then there was the night manager that helped us reached out to our transfer company when the driver was late for our early morning pick up to the airport. He was on the phone multiple times making sure the transfer company understand the urgency for his calls. Can't thank the staff enough. We got the Tirant Suite for the first 2 nights and the regular double for our 3 night after coming back from Ha Long Bay Tour (the staff stored our luggage for us while we were away on the tour). The suite had a great shower with multiple shower heads, which was good for relaxing your spirits after a long day. The balcony was good for a night cap, but we didn't have the energy after a full day of experiencing the area. Just wished we had more time in Hanoi to really enjoy this hotel. I didn't get a chance to jump in the rooftop pool. Again, the location is spectacular for the great night life and music festivals during the weekend. Overall, our experience was awesome and would highly recommend this hotel for your Hanoi stay. Expert Advice: if you book Grab or other taxi, have them meet you at the Pedestrian Circle on P. Cau Go street. Short walk for you out there and much easier for the driver to meet you since Tirant Hotel streets can get very congested, esp during the weekends when streets are closed for pedestrians.

Not having been to Vietnam before my brother and i visited and stay at this hotel in Hanoi from 17th January until the 25th.
The hotel is LOVELY. Without exception all of the staff were polite, very friendly and extremely helpful if you needed anything.
Breakfast is served on the top floor and the choice and variety is more than enough for anyone…and all excellent quality. We actually ate in the restaurant a couple of times …on both occasions we had the seared tuna starter, fresh spring rolls and the beef cooked with ‘Pebbles’. It was all delicious and cooked to perfection. The Tuna was seared and medium rare/rare ….delicious.
The staff on the front desk were all delightful, and when we asked for advice as to where to visit Hannah was EXTREMELY helpful and made some suggestions for us.
One of the trips Hannah organised was the Halong Bay trip. After looking at the various details, we went on the 4 star cruise with Paradise Company. If you are going on this cruise I could not recommend this particular company strongly enough. Again on the gorgeous boat , the staff were super nice , attentive and professional. The food was seriously good, particularly the dinner, which I’ve posted a photo of. Both my brother and I have been fortunate enough to have eaten at a few Michelin starred restaurants, I am not joking when I say the food at dinner was as good and in some cases if not better than some of the Restaurants we have been to. And all served by our lovely butler .
On the boat there were a few stops you could do , if you wanted …all well organised and run very very well.
In the evening there was a demonstration of how to cook proper spring rolls, and you could take part, which was great fun. This was outside on the top deck in the middle of Halong Bay.
Hannah, at the Hotel arranged all of this..and the whole trip, including the 2.5 hour transfer , all the food, which was lunch, dinner and breakfast, was around $200 each…so great value and a lovely memory
The other two girls on the desk were Hilary and Na, again, very pleasant to deal with and charming. In fact I wanted to buy some of the self lanterns back with me that you see hanging up outside, and I asked Na where I could buy them . She looked up the area I could go to to buy them and directed me…which was great.
The room I had was a good size and the bed very comfortable, The bathroom and shower were good and everything was spotlessly clean and tidy.
Also on the very top floor was an open terrace area where you had good views of Hanoi . You could order drinks form the bar and the cocktails were very good. In fact the whole of the hotel was good value…not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and this place was really good.
If i was going to visit Hanoi again , I would very happily stay here again as both my brother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
It is also very well located within the Old Quarter

The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. Less than 2 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem lake. Many cafes nearby but most of them close by 9-930 pm. There is an Indian restaurant called Alishan 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Their family room can easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. They have 1 kids bedroom without windows and 1 master bedroom with a tiny balcony attached. Breakfast was good, no Indian dishes on offer though. They have a water filter near gym in the basement from where water can be refilled anytime of day or night.

Great choice to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Don, who is a real professional at his job. Fabulous location near the lake. It was a wonderful oasis to return to from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. They were very generous in allowing us to shower and leave our luggage when we were on route to overnight trips to Halong Bay and Sapa. The breakfast was very average, however we really enjoyed our stay and felt so welcome. It felt like home.

A group 5 ladies, we had an array of different rooms, all were fantastic, clean, comfortable beds. Room service replaced towels and bottle water daily.
A 3 night stay turned to 7 nights due to the Typhoon. Ken and Don was very accommodating and even managed to keep our original prices booked on Agoda 6 months ago.
Breakfast had an array of fruits, western and local cuisines with egg and noodle station. Chester was there each morning and always with a smile :)
Also, the hotel is located close to the lake and all the food you could want!
Thank you Tirant Hotel, we had a fabulous time!

This hotel is just excellent. The staff are outstanding and very friendly. We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of our holiday, they arranged taxi from airport to hotel, bags taken up to rooms for us, we then stayed another night and were able to leave our bags securely with them when we visited Sapa for two night and decided to pop in when we came back to Hanoi for 4 hours before going to train station and once again they let us leave our bags securely, use the pool and showers. Upstairs roof bar is an oasis in busy Hanoi. Cocktails and beers great. And staff just awesome. Chester was a delight at breakfast and Na was lovely on reception. The manager on the ground floor on the 28th at 15:00 pm (I didn’t catch his name) was so helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a great location and close to the lake and we enjoyed our stay. From the time we arrived we were presented with a refressing lemongrass tea. The room is a good size with plenty of room for luggage and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of options for breakfast and we particulary enjoyed the skybar in the evening. Customer service is impecable and special mention to Mr Don for making our stay memorable and pleasant.
