My friend and I work for the Fourseasons so when it comes to customer service we are very well trained on it, therefore we were blown away with the guest experience we received! There was one specific gentleman at the receptionist named Tobby who was so helpful and genuine...

Had a fantastic couple of deals, the price was super cheap, excellent value! The staff went out of their way to make it a great trip! They helped us to organise the rest of our trip, and allowed us to use their computer.

There is not one bad thing I can think of about this hotel. I stayed here with my dad and sister who came to visit me. The breakfast was decent with both western and Vietnamese choices. The room was clean, with good decor (could have used thicker windows) but that was not a big problem. The staff were really friendly...

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Clean room, wonderful breakfast breakfast and prompt service from the hotel staff at 35SGD (superior room), what more can you ask for? The location is in a excellent location with many shops around and short walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and St Joseph Cathedral. We're especially thankful to the Managing Director...
