We stayed here for a total of 3 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. We stayed in a twin room and whilst the rooms are a little small (although we did opt for the most basic room) it was clean and comfortable. Located near the old quarter, it is only a short walk away from the hustle and...

We went to Hanoi to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday and we stayed at the Rising Dragon Palace for an entire week. Don’t ask…a dream of his since he was a little boy. Anyway, compliments to the staff, everyone is very friendly and polite even if their accent was sometimes a bit hard to understand compared to the tour guides...

Located on the western edge of the old quarter within 10 mins walking distance of the military museum and about 15 from the temple of literature. 20 minutes to the lake. A cab to the lake is $2.50 - $5. Helpful staff, clean rooms, secure storage for early checkout and arrival. Spacious and affordable rooms, nice variety of breakfast items....

We really enjoyed our stay at Rising Dragon Palace Hotel. It is in the Old Quarter area. The room was nice and clean. A bit dark though. Breakfast was nice, some selection of western and local foods. We loved the local fruits. They were really fresh and sweet! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Besides providing us with information,...

Stayed here twice (before and after trip to Halong Bay) and got quite different rooms. The first was too small and the shower was grubby, but the bed was pretty comfortable. The second was more spacious and much more pleasant, but the shower was old and a bit grubby. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the roof top...

It was a wonderful experience for my family in Hanoi and at the hotel. We sent an enquiry to the hotel after reading the reviews in Tripadvisor. Mr Bie, the hotel manager responded promptly and was very helpful with advice and recommendations. We booked our rooms and 4 days of day tours via the hotel as well as the airport...

Our stay here was pleasant and enough to keep us comfortable for the night. My travel buddy and I stayed here for one night before our flight in the morning. It was a nice experience with the staff. We booked a bit late so we had to wait for the rooms to be cleaned and all, but it was worth...

Located in the centre of the Old Quarter in Hanoi this wonderful hotel lives up to its reputation as clean & very accommodating . The beds are super comfortable with pillow top for extra luxury . We ate @ the rooftop (in the hotel)for a very reasonable price & delicious food, but the street food with their small stalls selling...

We took the airport pickup and were greeted by a lovely man. We arrived at rising dragon palace and the service was impeccable. Luggage storage, iced tea, beautifully appointed rooms and super friendly staff. Dining on the rooftop was lovely, the breakfasts were great, I could not fault the hotel. Excellent value for money, I would definitely recommend to all.

It was a budget trip when we went to Hanoi, and so we didn't expect much from the hotel but it gave us more than value for our money. The rooms were clean and well-kept. They were orderly and the building is new. As a matter of fact, they just have a new floor to accommodate more visitors. What I...
