Our time in Hanoi was made so enjoyable by Lily and the rest of the really helpful kind staff. Before we even left NZ Lily returned all of my emails with kind suggestions and made sure we were happy and comfortable for all of our stay. Lily organised trips for us and we returned back to our same room after... More

For me this place ticked all the boxes in the city that every second building provide some kind of accommodation. There is no pool, soundproof walls or balconies but abundance of good will and hospitality. Location is king here and everything else comes as bonus. You might be able to find some cheap tours by yourself but they will work... More

I would come back to Hanoi just to see and talk to the staff again! Everyone speaks amazing English and easily assists other non native Vietnamese speakers. The breakfast includes such a wide range of food for anyone who suffers from a food allergy (I am celiac) or maintains a particular diet (lots of options for vegetarians, vegans, carnivores, gluten... This place was Ok the staff were friendly and helpful. English wasn't that good. in a busy location room were ok. Nothing special at this place but nothing bad either cheap place to stay and you pay for that. Breakfast was disappointing.

Travel time from airport to hotel was 1 hour . I booked under Thaison Hotel but upon arrival to the address on the voucher , the hotel name displayed outside was Parkson Hotel . It was a bit difficult to determine if we arrived at the same hotel because of the different name , especially for Hanoi first timers and... More

Got to this hotel on our arrival to Hanoi. Great location on the edge of old Hanoi two minute walking from all the action. Very friendly staff. Excellent rooms with comfortable bed and very good shower. and reasonable vietnamese and western breakfast selection.

The best bit about this place was the very friendly staff. There was something quaint about the place in that they seemed to be trying so hard to be accommodating and were being welcoming to Hanoi after a flight which I liked. The place didn't have the greatest finish in terms of decor etc but for a budget hotel this... More

I initially chose this hotel due to its cheap price compared to the surrounding hotels and great location (it's only a couple minutes walk to the city center). The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I normally don't eat breakfast at the hotels I stay out. But even the breakfast here was good. The staff was the real surprise. Everyone... More

From the hotel, we can take walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake and shopping center very easy. Just for few minutes only, easy to find out of local foods from here. Especially... More
