We stayed there for 4 nights and I must say I couldn't wait to get out of the hotel and have a proper rest finally. The hotel itself is very noisy so deffnetly bring your ear Plugs although I don't think that will help. There is noise from everywhere; from the hallway, from the stairs, from outside... The hotel itself...

Hanoi Hibiscus was a good clean hotel and we would stay there again! The front desk was helpful exchanging money and renting a scooter. Breakfast was good and tasty. The location is in the heart of hanoi with lots of energy.

This is a 2.5 star hotel but I have had a great stay here. The manager Peter is excellent. He sorted out our halong Bay tour while we were in HCMC over email - very responsive and great English. The room on the first night wasn't great and the towels felt damp. He sorted it instantly and with no fuss...

Peter, the guy who runs this place is super helpful. He also arranges tours for you and even though we didn't go with his recommendation he still sorted us a trip to Ha Long Bay and some onward travel to Sapa. The hotel is located down a busy alley which would be great for some people but you need ear...

The staff at the hotel are very helpful, honestly they can't do enough for you. The rooms are good:- big, clean and everything you would expect and more for a $25 a night room. We've spent 3 nights here. P.S. The menu choice at breakfast was also good, catering for both traditional Vietnamese and western pallets. Thank you Hibiscus!

We stayed here for just two nights, but the staff were SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! I don't think we could have planned our trips without their help. They gave us directions, called taxis, allowed us to store our luggage while we were trekking, and more. The hotel is great and our room was clean, spacious and beautiful. Shower was hot with...
