Unfortunately picked a room with no window. Having said that there's a lot going for this place. 1. Location - it's less than 5 mins to the lake side. 2. Delicious Breakfast 3. Clean and comfortable rooms They can order airport pick ups and drops (however you dont need to rely on any hotel to do this for you -...

Great hotel, in a great location. Team who work there are lovely and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and happy. We arranged transfers with them, which we reasonably and at least we knew on our first taxi ride we wouldn't get ripped off! We arrived at 11:30 and were allowed to check straight in FOC...

English speaking and very friendly staff that go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your time in Hanoi. The location is amazing and you can walk to pretty everything in and around Old Quarter. The free breakfast is okay, but I would recommend checking out the local cafes instead. For what I paid, I was very happy with...

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the third night was not originally planned and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us even with a very busy hotel. The manager mr Tom and the girls on reception were extremely helpful and recommended places to visit both in Hanoi and for the rest of our journey in Vietnam....

Nice small hotel just on the outskirts of the old town with plenty of place to eat nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff are fantastic. Breakfast is small but good, on the top floor, overlooking the town. They have an elevator, accessible on first floor, one up from the ground floor. We had 2 rooms here, room 401...

Stayed almost for a week at this hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Had a mixed up on communication for laundry arrangement but got it fixed the following day. Price is reasonable, would recommend this place for any visit.
