We stayed at the Tu Linh Palace for 2 nights at the beginning of our Vietnam vacation. The location of the hotel is great in the heart of the Old Quarter and the breakfast is tasty. The service is what sets this hotel apart from others. Three weeks after our stay on the day we were flying back to the...

This hotel is lovely and we'll situated. The staff were extremely friendly. This didn't receive full stars because of a few little things. The breakfast is in a different hotel which is weird, but it's not fr and is only on the next street. Another thing us we got moved rooms which was annoying because I'd already unpacked everything. Also...

Average hotel but centrally located in the old quarter. Rooms are small but comfortable overall and clean enough. The thing that I disliked the most about the hotel was that everything was always very complicated with the staff. I first booked with Expedia and contacted the hotel by mail directly to arrange pick-up at airport and add additional nights as...

The staff were lovely. Breakfast great. Room was well appointed clean and had Great bathroom, cold air conditioning and excellent English language cable channels. I stayed here as a home base between all my tours and they were always happy to hold my larger luggage while I was away. Also really close to street with all the wonderful Vietnamese lanterns....

This hotel is in a really good location in the centre of Hanoi, which makes it very accessible for various things including shops, restaurants etc. The hotel is much better than it looks in the photos on Trip Advisor, it is clean tidy and has good additional facilities like a hair dryer (of which I had forgot to pack mine)....
