I just did a 6 country trip in Asia for 4 weeks. We stayed in multiple cities and dozens of different hotels and this was by far the best hotel of the entire trip. The hotel room was nice the breakfast was great but the hospitality was the best I have received anywhere and that is saying a lot because... More

Been staying here for 3 nights. Great value place. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only little fault is the shower head is a little buggered and the flooring needs spruce up... Apart from that.. Great value find in hanoi

We arrived at Tu Linh Palace via Uber (I highly recommend uber in Hanoi if you want to get ripped off by taxi fare hike-ups. Plus it's easier if you don't speak Vietnamese because you don't have to try and explain the address) at 1am after a late flight. The overnight concierge were resting but once they noticed us came... I went to Tu Linh Palace Hotel at the beginning and the end of my business trip to Vietnam. The hotel is clean, the staff is very, very friendly. They organized for me and my colleague a great and very personal 4-days-trip to Sapa. No problem to store baggage, to take a shower even after checking out and so on.... More

Thanks a lot for all the hotel staffs they were very helpful. But the breakfast was disappointing with limited options. Also the there was no dining option at the hotel in the evening. Hotel offers tour services as well. Overall look of the room was fantastic even though floors requires some repair.

Cannot recommend here enough! They were fantastic. Had a front room, huge window -you could hear the street noise, but worth it for the ever-changing tide of humanity outside, addictive viewing. Room clean and well maintained. Bed comfy. Breakfast was yum. The best thing though, was the staff. Friendly, incredibly helpful, and always with a smile.

I had an excellent stay here. The location is perfect, though if course in being central it is a little loud in the mornings. The room was nice and clean and the staff helped me out with everything I needed. Fantastic value!
