Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in January. We arrived on our first day at 7:30am after an 11 hour flight, and the staff allowed us to have breakfast (even though we hadn't paid for it) and to check in as soon as a room became available, which was 8:30am. This enbaled us to get a few hours of...

It was nice! The staff was nice and helpful. We liked the shower and it had a pretty good bed. It wasn't perfectly built but it is a mid range good value hotel. Good size room. The hotel has with an elevator. It was quiet I would definitely stay here again.

It's mind-boggling why this hotel has so many outstanding reviews. Normally, we would not have booked a room in a hotel such as this, but the reviews were completely misleading. If you are a budget traveller looking to save a buck or two, this is might be the hotel for you (there are plenty of others in the Old Quarter)....

Great location in the heart of Hanoi , on food street Great staff, rooms a bit small but an excellent base for everything this amazing city has to offer. Would certainly use again. Helpful staff and good selection at breakfast. The egg bar is a must for breakfast

Our families of 12 enjoyed our holiday to Sapa, Halong Bay and Hanoi during our 9 days trip. It would not be possible without the help of Mr Johnson and his staff who have helped us made the necessary booking and trip arrangement. We are full of gratitude towards the friendliness of the staff. We stayed in the family and...

As the title suggests I am baffled as to why this place gets so many good reviews? Sure the staff are very lovely (especially the breakfast staff) and the breakfast is hearty, but the rooms are tired, as is the general ambience of the communal areas (e.g. stained corridor carpets). My room and bedding smelled odd. Realised why at about...

Stayed here on the final leg of a visit to vietnam. Check in was quick and efficient with a very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room on floor 4 which was of a reasjonable size, clean and modern. En-suite shower room with powerful shower and plenty of hot water. The essentials were provided-gel,shampoo toothbrush toothpaste razer etc. Bed...

We loved the position in the old city. Loved walking everywhere. Staff were amazing . So helpful and friendly. My husband is a bathing person. Our room did not have a bath. The staff organised for him to have a bath in another room. Such a can do attitude. Breakfast is the best we have had in SE Asia. So...

Booked last minute due to another booking falling through and were so happy we did! The second we stepped in the door the staff were kind and helpful always willing to answer questions and suggest great places to go. The rooms were lovely (we actually stayed in 3 different ones due to going off on overnight tours then coming back...

We stopped at the Hanoi Sky Hotel from 16th November 2015 until the 30th November 2015. The hotel is just off one of the longest streets in the Old Quarter, Hàng Bông. We loved the location as it was close enough to a lively part of the city, but far enough away for it to be relaxed. One of the...
