You cannot go wrong with this hotel! Great value, 5 star service, comfortable beds and fantastic location! I want to especially highlight the awesome service that we received from June (the hotel manager) and her team. We had a situation whereby my dad got scammed by the taxi driver (10 times more than the normal fare!) June helped investigate this...

We just came back this morning from Hanoi and our stay with Hanoi Meracus Hotel 1 was one of the highlights of this trip. They arranged our airport transfer requests, HaLong bay trip and even secured tickets for the water puppet show in our behalf. Everything was ready by the time we arrived at the hotel at past 1 in...

This was our first stop of our vacation (three friends). It was a little hard finding hotels who accommodate three without adding a cot to the room. We came in around 11pm on Christmas Eve and after 17 hours of flying, we were so happy to be warmly welcomed by the gentleman at the front desk. We arranged for an...

Stayed there for 2 nights in this Dec.Room is very comfortable with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Toilet and room are really neat and hotel staff are excellent. Though no beautiful view(Dont think any hotel in Hanoi has this), it is few metres away from famous Hanoi Week end market(held on every fri, sat and Sun nights) and...

Our extended family visited this hotel in October 2016 during our very first visit to Vietnam. On arrival, after being picked up at the airport by the hotels's pickup service (US$18.00). Check in was fast and efficient - we were all given a welcoming drink (local fruit juice). The (3) rooms we had were clean and bedding were also fresh...

My better half and I together with our friends stayed in four rooms in this hotel when we arrived back in Hanoi after our trip to Halong Bay. This hotel is located in the very busy Old Quarter part of Hanoi. It is a tall and narrow building like most buildings in this city. It is surrounded by various shops...

Perfect location to explore Old City and the other main attractions of Hanoi. My room was a little bit small, but quiet and comfortable. It was great to have a notebook in the room, drinking water, coffee and tea also provided. The staff is extremly attentive and they have a good command of English.

Convenient location. Excellent customer service from bell boy to reception and wait staff. June and Rachel were particularly attentive. We had a family room and a twin room - both good size and comfortable. Good breakfast spread too - don't expect a full international buffet spread but enough to start your day with. Would stay here again if we return...

Stayed for 4 nights. Our room was clean and well designed but small and lacked a balcony or even much of a window. The hotel was fully booked so sadly we couldn't change. However the room apart - this is a great small hotel. It has a perfect location in the heart of the old town shoe district - you...
