This would be the least favourite so far in Vietnam. It is very central and as a result they shut the streets for three blocks on Friday Saturday & Sunday so we were greeted with a three block walk with our suitcases over rough ground in the rain to get to the hotel. Not pleasant at 10pm. The room is...

Overall this was a solid experience. The rooms were slightly larger than other hotels we saw in Hanoi. The location was very good--close to the lake and St. Joseph's Cathedral. The street was not as busy as others so that was nice. The bathrooms were spacious. We had a bit of difficulty with the wifi in the hotel room. The...

The location of this hotel is it's one redeeming feature. Our hotel room was incredibly noisey, with scraping chairs, yelling in the hallway and crashing plates - we both went to buy earplugs to get to sleep the second night. I have also killed five baby cockroaches in the room since being here. You could definitely find better value for...

Centrally located hotel, near Lake and old town. Staff are very friendly. On first night we didn't get deluxe room for some reason but for other two nights we did get what we booked. Standard room is small, narow and dark so is bathroom. Deluxe rooms are dark but specious and with huge 2.4 m bed. Breakfast was ok.

Booked Deluxe room, City view (Free upgrade). No view due to building next door, ha this building is not new in fact it's rather few years old so why advertise what you cannot supply, as for the upgrade...Dream On. We are here for 5 nights so would expect something better than what we have. Was also sucked in by the...

Great little hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter. Centrally located and a 5 minute walk from the lake. Quiet room and good service - staff were always happy to help. Breakfasts were good with quite a variety to choose from.

The hotel is centrally located in the city and is a close walk to nearby sights like the Hoan Kiem lake and the theatre for the "water puppet show" which about 2 blocks away. We stayed here for 3 nights in total and used the hotel as a central point for our tours outside the city (to Halong bay). Good...
