We booked hotel via booking.com for two nights. After our arrival they moved us to another hotel due to problems with water- according to their words. They probably lied, because we saw other guests inside. They probably sell rooms, which they don't have available. They moved us to Hanoi Sky View hotel. It was horrible, mould on the wall in the room,...

Really cheap place in a reasonable location but the rooms are horrible (even though we had an upgrade). It just seemed unclean. Limescale all over the shower and quite possibly the hardest mattresses in the world. We all had to have massages the next day due to back pain. If you are on a budget and don't mind a terrible...

Dear our valued guest, Thank you for spending time and leaving your feedback here on our hotel. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the bed and felt it is too hard. We understand that some people prefer a very soft bed and some don't. Your concern about the bed can help us to classify our...

The beds are rock hard. I will have nightmares about those beds for weeks. I had longer booked but had to cancel them because of the beds. The bathrooms were also dirty. It could have been worse but the good reviews here don't reflect how below average this place is.

Welcomed well. Room clean and a fair size. Good location for us for the 1 night we could walk to Museum and Prison and night markets. Breakfast was basic but enough. Toaster shocking but found that to be the norm in Vietnam. Reception matched a price we found on Agoda for a Halong Bay tour. Rang and sorted it for...

It was a comfortable enough stay in a clean hotel- rooms were a fair size and had everything we needed. Not the best location, on a side street a few minutes walk away from the majority of shops/ bars. Breakfast was appalling- I didn't eat once as there was so little choice and the room was tiny. Staff were friendly....

Excellent location! Staff were very helpful!! Room was tiny but did the job especially for what we paid. The tap and shower head were detached but still functioned. We had no window but this isn't major as there is so much to do and see around Hanoi minimal time will be spent in the room. Great air con in the...

We stayed 4 nights in the room 804. Interesting view from the window to that part of the city and the railroad down below. Wi-Fi worked out beautifully. Location was good; walking distance to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Temple of Literature, Army museum and Hoan Kiem Lake. Some minus points from the cold water in the shower. Three days out...

This is nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small so if possible upgrade to the room with balcony. The view is not the best but you have more space. There is a train track near by as well. Breakfast is good omlettes are made to order.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights. Being in the old quarter, we didn't know what to expect. We weren't disappointed. We wanted to experience the old world charm of Hanoi. The street vendors and butchers were on our street and up early, it was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good size room with a balcony. It...

I didn't really have high hopes for this hotel as it was budget but I felt really let down by this hotel. I stayed here on the way through to Japan and the first night was great, location was ok and the staff were friendly enough but when I returned I was given a really poor room even though I'd...
