Good location in Hanoi. The rooms were clean and confortable, the breakfast was good and the staff, who speaks perfect english, very kind and helpfull. They organize good tours in Vietnam. Totally recomended.

I would simply add, as in my original post, that the staff on whole is very helpful and polite.
