We had a wonderful time at this hotel that is very well located in the Old Town of Hanoi. The rooms were very clean and the staff did everything they could to make sure we had the best stay ever. We also asked them if they could help us organize our trip, which they did. The breakfast was also excellent...

We've only had good service during our Vietnam visit, but this hotel had the best service of all of them. The staff were incredibly accommodating to our needs and went out of their way to help us. I can highly recommend to anyone who plans on staying in Hanoi.

We had a very nice experience in this hotel, staff is very helpful and not pushy at all. Location is perfect next to the Old Quarter.m from where you can go shopping or just wander around the lake. I will definitely recommend that hotel for a stay in Hanoi!

Situated at the edge of the old quarter beside the Military precinct, Rising Dragon Villa is well positioned for walking tours and self paced walkabouts in all directions. The staff were very helpful and checked us in at 6:15am. No-problem was their Moto. We were given a great map for self discovery and recommendations for eat spots, day spas, shopping...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is great value for money and the staff provide a very professional yet personal service nothing is too much to ask of them. The staff also assisted us on booking trips to Ha long bay and Sapa both of which we found great value for money. If I ever return...

I booked in Rising Dragon in November, in the amazing position of the hurt of the old city of Hanoi.. so I ask to staff to have a room with a balcon in front of the street: this was the right choice and I suggest the same... becouse there are rooms without windows, or window onto light well with no...

I booked this hotel as there were no rooms available in their sister hotel 'Rising Dragon'. Read the reviews and went for it and am I glad I did. Very professionally run hotel with very friendly staff and squeaky clean rooms. Seeing that we have a small child with us, they upgraded us to a larger room on their own....

This is a lovely hotel, right in the heart of Hanoi city. It's a 5 min walk from the weekend night markets. I stayed here for five nights but without doubt, the best thing about it is the service. The manager, Ms Hanna was fantastic, as were her staff. Nothing was too much for them . They booked all my...
