In February of this year I stay some nights in this hotel. The rooms are great. Perfectly decorated. The staff is very helpful. Special thanks to Sue of customer care. She is a great support with anything you want to know about the city of Hanoi. If you want to book a tour, ask her. She really gives you good...

The concierge did an excellent job of showing us the features of the room, which was great because usually you are left struggling with different switches, air con etc. Staff were excellent, but their English was limited., which made for some funny situations (stories to tell friends over a beer). Food was good and a nice range for Europeans mid...

This hotel is located in Hanoi's Old Quarter a few minutes walk from the Ho Hoan Kiem Lake. Comfortable, stylish but smokey rooms with thin walls. We were told by the staff that the entire hotel was non-smoking but our room reeked of smoke. The previous occupants must have made use of the built-in ashtrays in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet...

With reasonable expectations, we arrived to a hotel where the foyer smelled like sewerage, the staff couldnt speak very good English and the restaurant was closed. The room was very clean and tidy but there ware some areas that needed attention...the WIFI didnt work, the curtains were missing some rungs and didnt close properly and things were colder out of...

Good for the price paid. No internet in the first day, later fixed. The staff has no english skills, what seems to be normal here. Good breakfast and good room overall. Good for the money, only for the night.

This was our first hotel in Vietnam and the worst of our three week stay. It was in a great location in the old quarter and the staff were very helpful. However, it was a little tired and the breakfast was poor. It was expensive for what it was, especially as we had paid for a suite.

I stayed in this hotel in January 2016, and found it delightful. Although it was in the charming but noisy old quarter, it was very quiet inside, and everything was clean and beautifully cared for. The breakfast buffet was not large but excellent quality. I especially appreciated the manager, who helped me to resolve a problem with Booking.com when I...

The location of the two Church Boutique hotels in Hang Gai is excellent: in the middle of the old quarter, close to the Lake and all the silk and art/craft shops. The hotels are typical of those in the old quarter with clean but small rooms, many with little natural light. The one at 95 Hang Gai has a quite...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is on a great street in the Old Quarter. Our room was comfortable-small desk, nice bathroom, room with a view of the street! The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and free wifi are included.
