I booked here before my Halong Bay tour. The place is good with helpful and friendly staff. The place for their breakfast is too small but I like the service. One of their staff is still a friend of mine until now. I love the place, great value for money!

We booked a room one day prior to arrival. After a long trip we arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a confused staff member. After giving her our booking details she told us we had to wait, as the man at the front desk was away. Upon his return he told us the hotel had been closed 15... More

We checked in for our first night in Hanoi at the WIN Hotel, which is in the downtown area intending to find somewhere else to stay the next day. We were so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the size of the room and the perfect location that we decided to stay on. Later we traveled to Ha Long... More

We recently stopped at Win Hotel in Hanoi and were really pleased with the stay. The rooms are great (biggest we have stayed in in this price range) and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a front room with a balcony which was really nicely fitted out. The location is perfect, just a brief walk... More

Spent 2 nights in this fabulous value for money hotel. Located in a quiet street just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, it is in the heart of the old town. Great location for walking tours and eating out, the Winhotel has many restaurants and small shops right outside the front door. I booked directly with the hotel and... More

Rocked up quite late and needed a hotel which was pretty cheap. This hotel was the cheapest on the street that had rooms available. Staff were friendly and helpful. room was a good size and did everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and everything clean. Bathroom could do with a revamp (like a real door instead of a folding... More

We stayed there for one night after we arrived back in hanoi from our sapa-trip very early in the morning. The hotel we stayed before did not have a room where we could already check in at 6am, so we walked around the street to search for a hotel which already had a room that we could go in. All... More

I stayed at the Win Hotel as a single guest for 3 nights in one of the Deluxe Rooms. The hotel is located well, right next to Hoan Kiem lake in the centre, and the Old Town. It is also surrounded by some good cafes and restaurants which are a little quieter than those in the centre but still serve... More

This little no frills hotel in a great spot in old town Hanoi has convenience plus. Very close to the Real Kangaroo Cafe a great place for a relax. The owners and staff are very helpful people and provide a basic very clean room at a very good price. Ideal for independent tourists who need somewhere just to sleep after... More
