This place are located in Hanoi old quarter. It's near to tourist attraction. The hotel service is excellent. I travel in a big group. And the staff tried to give the best solution for our problem. I stayed in room 301 and is a big room even for 3 of us. Bathroom is extra clean with bathtub and shower. I still...

We stayed here 4 nights and we had a pleasant experience. The staff are polite and helpful and the rooms are clean. Our stay was split into different nights due to an overnight stay in Halong Bay. The first room that we got was on level 6, it was quite difficult to get to with luggage as there is no...

This place is extremely clean and in a great location. If you are on a budget, it is the place to stay. The morning breakfast isn't great, but you can step outside and find dozens of great places for a bite to eat. I would recommend. One important note-- there is no elevator and, depending on your floor (we were...

Hotel room is clean and spacious. But please do not book any taxi from the hotel front desk. I have booked a taxi to a hotel at Noi Bai in the vicinity of the airport for 300,000 Dong and hotel's staff had took down the details of the destination hotel and we paid him cash for the taxi fare as...

My boyfriend and I came to stay for 5 nights and felt very at home here. The location was ideal, very central. The staff are so kind and friendly. Their advice was invaluable, they are always happy to chat and help you with whatever you need. Having free tea and coffee all day was also greatly appreciated. The breakfast had...

This hotel is in a great location. It's clean, the breakfast is good; eggs every day (with other sides and fruit, bread). I would have appreciated a pancake option. Staff are very friendly and informative. The rooms are really nice and beds were comfy. Stayed a few times and was impressed.

I would give LHDH 6 stars if I could!! My husband and I booked into LHDH at 11 Bat Dan Street with our daughter, son-in-law and 3 granddaughters aged 8, 7 and 3 in mid-January. We stayed for 5 weeks and could not have chosen a better place. The hotel is in the Old Quarter and a very easy walk...

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. On arrival they suggested another room for me, with a window instead of next to the kitchen. I paid 2 USD more for this more luxurious room plus a breakfast, a good deal. Staff is interested in your plans, and will give you good suggestions for your trips and travels. I went on...

Position in the old quarter, the Little Diamond is just far enough away from the chaos of the markets and night life, but close enough to walk within minutes, making sleep possible! The service staff is incredible, helping us book trips and finding great restaurants. We stayed 3 times in two weeks since they were able to accommodate us each...

Friendly and helpful people made our stay perfect. They even recommended and organized day trips, bus and train tickets for us. The breakfast is great with Vietnamese noodles, omlette on demand, fresh coffee, baguette with jam and the best: super fresh fruits.
