Nice hotel, clean rooms, airco is OK, good, English speaking staff. Only no elevator, But thats shouldnt be a problem for the price and avarage backpacker. Thats all, now i fill up characters because of tripadvisors rules and regulations.

The hotel is located in an quite vibrant area in the middle of Hanoi where you might need to get used to at the beginning. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is really lovely and wants you to feel welcome and home! I didn't try the restaurant so I can't give any recommendation on that. At all a...

This place is a gem in Old Quarter Hanoi. The staff was very lovely and the buffet breakfast was the best we have experienced in 3 weeks in Vietnam. The rooms were big and we even got an upgrade to have a view. We felt very safe and the staff was awesome. You must stay here! I will defiantly be...

The hotel is well located, very close to the markets and not far from the lake. Bedrooms are ok, quite spacious. We were in two different rooms and they were quite different. The ones with windows are really noise because of the motorbikes. Beds are fine altough in one of the rooms the mattres was really bad but the hotel...

Near Hoan Kiem lake, the best location to do everything. You can book here even without breakfast if you are eager to try local foods in Vietnamese style. Staffs are very polite and helpful, they were always so willing to help us. Quality of rooms depends on which room you stay. I stayed in two kinds of room. One room...

Staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms are very clean and the WiFi is really good. It is in a great location and it has very chilled out vibes. The buffet breakfast in the morning had great options. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to visit hanoi.

The service here is very helpful, from booking tours reliably to travel advice and laundry. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However make sure you get a room with a window. Minor downside is noise early in the morning from the hotel staff.

We stayed there for two nights and liked this place very much. Our room (no window, very quiet) was spacious, very nice interior, and clean. For this price, we didn't expect to have a fridge and such a nice room. The receptionist helped us arranging bus travels and did our laundry - both fine. We were very pleased with this...
