Stayed here on three occasions between trips to SaPa and Halong Bay. Wonderful reception each time especially from Handsome Dave! Returned from SaPa at six in morning and manager got us tea and offered breakfast free of charge. Then arranged early access to room. Set in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the old town, great if you... More

Stayed for couple of days at this hotel and can only say good things about it. Room was big, clean and with a good bed. People at the entrance where always willing to help. Ask Handsome Dave anything and he will try to arrange it for you. Even had breakfast included what wasnt shown on Booking.com. Thanks again!

Receptionist is very accomidating available 24 hours and very good english. My 31st country as a 23 year old canadian, a good review doesnt come easy. the private rooms are a steal. The doorms are average. Be wary of false excursions..

Thank Neil C
