We stayed at the rising dragon legend for one night between our Halong bay cruise and trip home. It was convenient, clean and just what you need for a quick stay. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They would do absolutely anything for you to make your stay a better one. Especially Cindy. She arranged our tour...

We had a great stay here! Great location inside Hanoi ancient town. It's a short walk away from this to Hoan Kiem lake or other place like museum, pagoda. Easy to find street food and something traditional. Our room was very clean and was cleaned multiple times during our stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I have no complaints about...

Rising Dragon Legend is a great hotel in tjekke heart of Hanoi. The staff speaks good english and are very friendly and helpful. The price are very fair, and we (a couple in the late 20's) recommmend the place :)

In the heart of the old city, close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Staff are very friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. It's at the upper end of budget hotels with a lift, reasonable sized room with fridge, kettle and safe. Good bathroom with bath tub and shower. Window but not much of a view. Breakfast provides choice of freshly cooked...

I stayed at Rising Dragon Legend Hotel for 4 weeks in April 2016 whilst working in Hanoi. Everything about my stay was wonderful - staff, location, breakfasts, room, facilities. Having it recommended to me I have since recommended it to friends. I will return later in the year and will look nowhere else than Rising Dragon Legend.

We had booked one night before our Halong Bay cruise and then for two nights after we got back. We had specifically booked a high room so that the street noise would not be an issue. Both times checking in we were informed only the cheap room was available. We ended up staying in room 201 twice. It is awful...

This hotel is in the most convenient area for shopping at the Old Quarters. It's a small clean hotel and has alot of charm. The hotel staff (especially Cindy) was very helpful and genuinely nice. Me and my brother enjoyed the 24 hour free coffee, it was deliciously addictive. The kitchen boy was so nice, he didn't mind us keeping...
