I had booked this hotel due to the great feedback about the staff. However, 3 days prior to our arrival, we received an email through Booking where we reserved the room: It is with great pleasure that we write to inform you that on 25Sep20116, we will open our doors in more spacious and comfortable surroundings. Our new address is...

The staff in this hotel were lovely, helpful and kind. The room was nice, a little older than the pictures suggest but still comfortable and clean. Everything worked wonderfully - the shower, TV, air conditioner. Breakfast was sufficient, and when I ordered dinner and wanted to eat in my room the staff kindly brought it up for me. The location...

My friends and I spent 1 month in VietNam. Our first step was in TuLinh Palace II Hotel, and we came back for our last days. We were so pleased to stay here : the rooms are clean and nice, the hotel is well-situated in the city, the breakfast is good and abundant. But most of all, I appreciated the...

Great hotel to stay in the old quarter of Hanoi, excellent service, nice fresh breakfast, extremely friendly personal. Good service for booking excursions, taxis, even domestic flights. Sure I will visit them again. I had the best time ever in this nice hotel.

Before arriving to Vietnam I had contact with the hotel about the pick-up service from the airport and they made sure the taxi was there and took us directly to the hotel which was really good! In total we stayed 2 nights in the hotel. Beds are good, rooms are spacious enough for 3 people because you will probably only...

I stayed in hotel for more than 10 days as a result of full occupancy of my previous hotel on these dates. When I first see the hotel I felt it is having small room compare to my last hotel. But apart from the small room there was nothing to bother as I found same cooperative, staff in the hotel...

I stayed at Tu Linh twice. The first time I was upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the hustle bustle of lovely Ma May street in the Old Quarter. The staff, particularly Lily and River, are super helpful and friendly, advising on good places to eat and visit and helping get onward transport sorted. The breakfast offers a good variety...

Very friendly staff, clean simple room. Great location. Got great help from Lilli, part of the hotel staff ,with booking a special tour to Sapa. She is well familiar with the region and provided useful tips to avoid the crowds.

This hotel is very conveniently based for exploration of the Old Quarter and surrounds. Though small, the rooms were more than adequate with comfortable beds and clean linen. The breakfast was good and considering the price, the choices were great. They best part of this place is the service of staff. River and Lilly were so helpful. River even offered...

Perfectly placed for a visit to Hanoi. My Bed was huge, like all of asia quite hard. My room smelled a little of cigarettes and the shower could have done with a bit of a clean, that aside, for the price, it was fine.
