The door is not well-fitted so that smoke from outside can enter. Location is a hot spot for tourists with everything around the average visitor will need. People who like local food at better...

At first, I was happy because they upgraded from single to double room. Was very disappointed though shortly after as the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't work well at all. Maybe the single was more comfortable who knows... It was late so I just accepted it. The reviews seem misleading... The room itself was very clean...

I returned to this small lovely near 01 year after our first stay. The room is small but clean. But the best thing about this one like place, is the staff. They are so welcoming and will do everything to help their guests. Would definitely recommend BlueBell to anyone going to Ha Noi.
